Walters families, 

I am honored to be chosen as the next principal at Walters Elementary. Mr. Holbrook’s departure will be a big adjustment at Walters. Walters is more than a school, it is a family. I am passionate about being there for my staff, students, and families. Because of this being a new position for me, I appreciate your patience and understanding. I will make mistakes along the way, but I will strive to do what’s best for Walters.

After 15 years at Walters Elementary and 20 as a principal, I have decided to try something new in the field of education. I can honestly tell you that I wouldn’t want to be a principal at any other school or work for any other school district other than Marshall Public Schools. My time here has been amazing. Walters truly is the best place to be to work, learn, and grow! The staff is incredible, our families are positive and supportive, and our students are eager, kind, motivated, and happy.
